 Description:  Under the Illinois Project Labor Agreements Act (30 ILCS 571/), any State department, agency, authority, board, or instrumentality that has a project labor agreement in connection with a public works project must prepare a quarterly report and submit such report to the to the Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL). IDOL is then responsible for reporting annually to the General Assembly and the Governor on the data collected. This report highlights the number of minorities employed on construction projects in Illinois that utilized a project labor agreement. The data contained in this report is from April 2021 to March 2022.
